Zoo meeting: At least it’ll be on cable
I was under the weather, but Brian reports the turn-out at last night’s public information meeting on the Detroit Zoo millage was a little… sparse. He counted 13, including himself (and he was operating a camera).

Adventures in dining
We are creatures of habit on Sunday morning, from worshipping at “St. Starbucks” to having lunch at Dagwood’s - eating outdoors under those wonderful Coke umbrellas whenever possible. Today, though, one of our Sunday morning “Farmington study group” suggested an alternative: eating at Luigi’s, which also has outoor seating, front and back.

As a story in today’s Free Press reminds us, Monday is the last day to register if you want to vote in the August 5th primary election. And who (especially in Farmington) doesn’t want to do that?
